Galatians 3:23-24

(Galatians 3:23-24) 『But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 』 Church people say they come to church because of their faith. But to believe so is self-belief. This is the one who is called. They may be impressed by the words of others, determined by their knowledge and experience, and come to church. 『But if it is not the faith of the elect, it is still in the God's law. The reason is in Galatians』(3:22). But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. Although trapped in God's law, they are promised by the faith of Jesus Christ. Those who enter into Christ are united with the faith of Christ. The merit of the cross is open to all, but it applies only to those who repent and enter into the Christ of the cross. An illustration ...

Galatians 4:4-7

『But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. 』 This means that before he is a son, he is a servant of Satan. “After this, it is not a servant.” Here, we have to realize the meaning of this. “When God sends the spirit of his Son into our hearts,” that is, when God sends the Holy Spirit, you become the Son of God. That is, when the saint dies on the cross with Jesus, God resurrects the dead with the Holy Spirit. So, you are led and lived by the Holy Spirit, not the law. In Romans 8:14『 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 』 The reason God gives the Spirit of the Son is to make him free from the servanthood. T...

Galatians 4:8-11

『Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years. I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.』 To serve again means to keep the content of primary schooling. Elementary school here means observing the day, month, season, and year that the law says. Of course, it will also include other things in the law. The act of guarding the elementary school is to make them vain "meaning that Jesus Christ died on the cross." In Proverbs 26:11 『As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly. When they say that they have escaped the law and have entered the grace, the act of keeping the law again is like a foolish act of a dog. In 2 Peter 2:22, the apostle Peter used the same expression. 『But it i...

Galatians 4:30-31

(Galatians 4:30-31) 『 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free. 』 The Apostle Paul had been ill during the evangelism tour of the region of Galatia and healed it there. He had conducted evangelism even when he was sick. So the Church of Galatia was born, and the Galatians were treated with sick Paul. However, Paul suffered from the heart of the Galatians. Paul explains the gospel again by saying:『 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you』 Paul wants to explain the law to members of the Galatians who want to keep it. Trying to keep the law again is as stated in Galatians 5:3. 『For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. It is that a person who wants to return to the law again does not obey just one part of the l...

Galatians 5:1-2

(Galatians 5:1-2) 『 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. 』 Paul said, "Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." The slave yoke is the law. In particular, circumcision is typical, The legalists came to the church and spread with leaven, saying, "You must be circumcised." Today, in the people of the Church, there are two types of those who keep the law: there are those who simply keep the law and those who keep it under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. So, keeping the law under the guidance of the Holy Spirit does not matter. They claim that the Holy Spirit protects those who are guided by the Holy Spirit and keep the law. If you say this, it's the sound of a drunk person. It is to say things that are not...

Galatians 5:16-18

(Galatians 5:16-18) This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. (Galatians 5:16-18) In chapter 5, verse 13,『 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. 』 Freedom is free from yoke. The yoke is the servant's yoke. If you are in Christ, you are free. Salvation is a question of whether you have a yoke or enjoy freedom. The law is the yoke of the servant, and Christ gives freedom. If those who claim to have been freed to wear the slave's yoke, then it makes no sense. If you are free in Christ, you become the Son of God. If you don't become a son of God, you become a servant of Satan. The Son of God cannot be a servant of Satan. ...

Galatians 6:1-8

(Galatians 6:1-8) Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 『 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.』 The people of the Ear...

Romans 8: 1-2

(Romans 8: 1-2) 『There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.』 Most church people say, "I believe in Jesus," but I think Law of wrath should not be abandoned. Most of the people in the Church say: Although Jesus Christ has fulfilled the law on the cross, we are no longer bound by the law of wrath, but we keep the law gladly and autonomously glad in faith, not forced or compulsory in faith. 『Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 』(Matthew 24:35)『 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 』(Matthew 5:17) What is the law of God's wrath?『 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 』 (Psalm 19: 7). 『And the commandment, which was ordained t...
